Role Overview and Position Description
The Education and Events Intern
Role Purpose
As an intern in the Education & Events team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs and brand events across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in luxury brand education, event logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with Education teams across the EMEA region to support educators and maintain high-quality educational provision.
Assist in coordinating salon training programs, workshops, and virtual education sessions
Support the planning and execution of brand events, including product launches, influencer activations, and trade shows
Manage event logistics: venue booking, catering, AV setup, travel coordination, and attendee communications
Maintain and update education calendars, training materials, and digital assets
Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, PR) and external partners (salon owners, educators, vendors)
Track and report on event KPIs, feedback, and budget spend
Assist with content creation for education platforms and social media
Provide administrative support including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking.
Assist the Education Director with hair trend creations through image sourcing and copywriting.
Qualifications and Skills
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Beauty Business, or Communications
Passion for haircare, wellness, and sustainable beauty
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus
Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
