Your next challenge

As the Project Manager for Issuing, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering payment solutions within the scope of Issuing - which includes Imagor (the issuer) and international payment schemes. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams, Payment and Product Managers to ensure the timely delivery of the issuing scope, as well as engagement with external providers.

Key Responsibilities

Issuing Project Delivery:

- Delivery of the Issuing stream within the scope of larger projects and programmes (as stream leader)
- Working closely with Payment Product Owners to ensure accurate set up of products based on adherence with compliance and scheme rules
- Daily engagement with Imagor (issuer) counterparts for both project and operational deliveries
- Engagement with Payment and Product Owners to scope, prioritise and deliver Scheme mandates and Change Request
- Ownership of Legal & Compliance topics, within the scope of the Issuing stream, with close collaboration with Legal & Compliance teams to deliver agreed scope
- Management of set up with schemes (BINs, ICAs, profiles, etc.)
- Review and approval co-ordination of card/collateral design in line with issuer and Pluxee policies, plus legal/compliance framework
- Providing guidance and expertise to wider teams and business on issuing topics

Issuing Operations:

- Provide day-to-day support to Imagor Distributors
- Creation, revision and approval management of Legal & Compliance documents (such as Card Programme Documents, Operations Manual, etc.)
- Contribution to regular updates with Schemes, issue management and escalation where relevant
- Ensure adherence to Group Payments Policies
- Analyse, prioritise and scope mandates and Change Requests from Schemes (e.g. VBN), with end-to-end delivery where relevant
- Mastering of scheme tools: VISA online / MasterCard connect

Documentation Management:

- Review of existing issuing legal/compliance documents (CPD, distributor agreements), and co-ordination of updates/signature when required

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product owners, project managers, compliance, and operations teams.
- Act as a central point of contact for all issuing-related queries and issues relevant to delivery scope.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, risks, and issues.

Main Counterparts:
Product owner from Payment and other Product lines, Local/Global Legal & Compliance stakeholders, Imagor, payment vendors (Visa, Mastercard, FIME)
