He/She coordinates a multifunctional team, and is responsible for steering the innovation project in line with the strategy of the group and brand.He works within an international network, as PERRIER is sold in almost 130 markets worldwide. **Your day-to-day tasks** - Guarantee to deliver the I&R projects on time, starting from the concept/prototypes (delivered by the innovation manager) to the first expedition to customer. Main part will be to drive the industrialization with CTAG & Factory. - Orchestrate all functions and markets for efficient, effective and flawless execution of IR project(s) for Perrier - Building and maintaining project budget all along the flow - Coordinate CAPEX request with Engineering Project Manager & Innovation Group Manager - Leading Key Success Criteria definition with project team, challenging KSC with an unbiased view to assure speed and get validation from Deciders - Driving Opportunity and Risk Management and escalating critical issues to Deciders - Coordinating and facilitating project meetings including kick-off meeting, kick-start meetings, check-in meetings, regular project meetings, risk assessments, post launch reviews and additional meetings or workshops as required - Providing transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Deciders - Is I2L Champion for the FBU, coordinating key innovation meeting (COPIL) with the whole innovation team & ensures the proper use of the I2L process. As I2L champion he/she will also have to train new member of the innovation team **Your assets for success** - Minimum 5 years of working experience - 2 to 3 years of project management experience or End To End vision of project development - Has successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional team - Has demonstrated courage and ability to solve problems - Has proven communication skills Is that all you got ?
