Nous recherchons HR Business Partner en CDI à Paris 11ème.

Rattaché(e) au DRH, le HR Business Partner intervient sur les entités headquarter et les entités en création / acquisition. Vous aurez un périmètre de plus de 300 collaborateurs dans un contexte multi-site.

L’accompagnement des managers dans leur compréhension des politiques RH est primordial ainsi que la nécessité de structurer, anticiper, accompagner et de communiquer.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes de la DRH (Paie, Administration du personnel, Recrutement, Formation, juridique, SIRH) à structurer les missions RH de ces périmètres ;
- Vous menez une politique RH harmonisée, orientée vers l'innovation, la transformation culturelle et la digitalisation ;
- Vous intervenez notamment sur les sujets suivants, dans le respect du cadre règlementaire : La gestion prévisionnelle des compétences et des carrières (évaluation des postes/collaborateurs, gestion des ressources, formation, mobilité et fidélisation)

La politique de rémunération

La politique de développement RH (entretiens professionnels, suivi des forfaits jours, entretiens annuels, suivi des campagnes de bonus, etc.) ;
La mise en œuvre des outils et procédures Corporate, des Codes internes (intégrité, sécurité ) ;

Vous avez une première expérience comme HRBP, vous avez une bonne vision et compréhension des enjeux de business

Pragmatique, vous êtes à l'écoute, proche du terrain, impliqué(e) dans la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de plans d'actions

Communicant(e), vous possédez des compétences relationnelles fortes, votre sens fédérateur et votre positivisme sont reconnus.

Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais
