Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to build the future of AI-assisted medicine, joining the Legal & Compliance team as a **Legal Assistant Intern**.

**Your mission**:
As a Legal Assistant Intern, you will contribute to building, structuring and developing a contracting framework and process aligned with SOPHiA GENETICS key territories legal requirements, updating underlying documents, and setting up the Sales and Sales Operations teams for success with new logos and new offerings (including Dispatch and Integrated)

**You will be involved in**:

- Building and structuring a contracting framework aligned with the legal requirements of key territories.
- Updating underlying legal documentation to support new clients and offerings, including Dispatch and Integrated.
- Conducting regulatory assessments of key territories to ensure compliance with local legal and data protection standards.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify pain points and propose solutions for streamlining the contracting process.

**Requirements**:
**The experience you bring**:

- Currently pursuing or having completed a Master’s degree in Law or related fields, or a student/graduate of École du Barreau.
- Good knowledge of civil and commercial law.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents in English, basic knowledge of common law (US, UK, Australia) would be an advantage.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with multiple departments and gather key insights.
- Attention to detail, with a rigorous and focused work ethic.
