In 2024, we achieved over €30 million in revenue (ARR), driven by a talented team of 55+ professionals across five key departments: Development, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and People/Finance.

To achieve our 2025 objectives, we are seeking an **Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager** to join our Marketing team. This new role is key to growing Weglot’s visibility and reaching our target audience by partnering with influencers and affiliate partners.

**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that strengthen Weglot’s relationships with influencers, media, and affiliate partners.

You will join our Marketing team, composed of 9 people splited into 3 teams: Growth, Brand & Content, and Ecosystem.

This is a **new position** created to support our Ecosystem Marketing initiatives. You will work closely with and be part of the **Ecosystem Marketing team**, alongside:

- **Thibaud**, Agency Partnership Manager
- **Thomas**, Tech Partnership Manager
- **Margaux**, Event Manager

You will report directly to **Eugene**, Weglot’s Chief Marketing Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Marketing**:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key B2B influencers across different communities, ensuring alignment with our brand values and messaging, working alongside our B2B influencer agency.
- Develop and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and generate leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.
- **Affiliate Marketing**:
- Build and manage our affiliate program to promote our product through strategic placements.
- Collaborate with affiliates to create high-quality & engaging content
- Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign results to optimize performance.
- **CMS Communities / Tech Ambassadors**:

- Establish and grow a network of CMS and Tech ambassadors who advocate for our brand
- Manage the ambassadors and their roadmaps to make sure that have everything to help Weglot grow and be more visible inside their community
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide ambassadors with relevant information and resources.

**Profile we're looking for**:

- **3-5 years of experience in Marketing**, with a focus on Influencer, Affiliate, or Partner marketing.
- **Communication & Relationship Skills**: Skilled at building long-term relationships and creating strong bonds with current and future influencer & ambassador partners.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts or deals with influencers and affiliates effectively.
- **Project Management Skills**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of detail and efficiency.
- **Performance Measuring Skills**: Proficient in measuring ROI, performance, and impact of all campaigns.
- **Ecosystem & Trend Monitoring**: Always on top of the latest news and opportunities in our ecosystem and key communities.
- **Spoken Languages**: Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in French
- **Experience working within the website creation industry and/or a SaaS solution is a plus.**
