As an Influencer & Ambassador Program Manager at Qonto, you will develop and implement a precise marketing strategy in collaboration with teams such as Media, Content, CRM, Social Media, and Events, to scale the Qonto Ambassador Program and to maximize our reach and credibility among entrepreneurs.
- **Ambassador Program Development**:
- Identify Qonto clients with significant audiences on social media and recruit them as brand ambassadors.
- Build, launch, and scale the Qonto Ambassador Program to maximize our reach and credibility among entrepreneurs.
- Animate and manage the ambassador community to foster strong engagement and advocacy.
- Continuously optimize processes to ensure the program is scalable and delivers measurable results.
- **Strategic Partnerships**:
- Cultivate synergies with top clients and key partners who have high visibility and influence.
- Co-create high-impact media actions and collaborative campaigns to amplify brand awareness and drive acquisition from social platforms.
- **KPIs you will follow**:
- Number of active ambassadors
- Website traffic and KYB generated from social media platforms
**What you can expect**:
- You'll join a marketing team of 5 working on different segments and topics for the French Market (solopreneurs, company creators, micro-entreprises, events).
- At Qonto, we use the Lean Methodology to help you autonomously develop marketing strategies with the primary focus on driving new projects and providing guidelines to central teams.
- Tools we use: You'll work with various tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Modjo, Tableau
**About your future manager**:
Your manager will be Delphine de Roquemaurel, our Head of Marketing France at Qonto.
**Her path?** Delphine joined Qonto in January 2025 after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Stello (Qonto Insurance Partner), where she grew turnover 10x and expanded their customer base from 2,000 to 20,000. Prior to that, she led high-performing marketing and sales teams at multiple companies, implementing effective acquisition strategies across various channels and consistently driving business growth.
**What can she bring to the team?** Delphine's management style centers on trust and autonomy, creating an environment where team members can thrive without micromanagement. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, she'll provide guidance while giving you the freedom to innovate and contribute to Qonto's growth.
**About You**:
- With at least 5 years of experience, you have demonstrated strong negotiation skills and an ability to build genuine connections, especially with influencers and key decision-makers in the B2B space.
- You possess a dynamic personality, are able to communicate clearly and assertively, and excel at developing trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- You have proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally within B2B environments, and are capable of gathering insights and creating meaningful engagement.
- You are skilled at industrializing and optimizing processes, building scalable frameworks that enable program growth and operational excellence.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with central stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing strategies for specific business segments.
