**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG-MAG welding on various metal components, ensuring high-quality and precise welds.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct defects.
- Execute NDT (Dye Penetrant Tests) as required in projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards during welding operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Welder in an industrial environment, with a focus on MIG-MAG welding techniques.
- Experience with NDT (Dye Penetrant Tests) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in welding operations.
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
