**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **MIG-MAG welding** on various metal components, ensuring high-quality and precise welds.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings and blueprints** to determine project specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct defects.
- Execute **NDT (Dye Penetrant Tests)** as required in projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as required.
- Adhere to **all safety protocols and industry standards** during welding operations.**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Welder in an industrial environment**, with a focus on MIG-MAG welding techniques.
- Experience with **NDT (Dye Penetrant Tests)** is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical documents and blueprints**.
- Strong **attention to detail** and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent **hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity**.
- Familiarity with **safety standards and procedures** in welding operations.
- Certification in welding from a **recognized institution** is preferred.**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in various positions, including **standing, bending, and kneeling** for extended periods.
- Capability to **lift and move heavy objects** as necessary.
