**Scope**:
We are looking for a skilled KEY ACCOUNT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, who will Take the lead on our Long-Term Retardant market on EMEA region:

- Reinforce relationships with existing Key Customers (Governmental Agencies),
- Develop Prevention market with public and private entities to diversify our contribution to biodiversity and property preservation and protection
- Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business growth on EMEA region for firefighting industry solutions and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company's footprint in the market.
- Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Sales / Business Administration / Engineering is required, Master and/or advanced degree is a preferred.
- Professional Fluency in English is mandatory, native languages could either Spanish or French (all three would be a strong asset).
- 5 or more years’ experience working in a multinational manufacturing company required, chemicals industry highly preferred.
- Experience working with the public administration or governmental agencies, preferably in the firefighting/disaster relief environment and local government offices preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Solid knowledge in costing and accounting required along recognized track of success in key account management
