**What You Will Do**

Being the bridge between technical and business teams, you will be responsible for Software Team Product Ownership

**1. Strategic Alignment and Roadmap Development**
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to craft and execute a strategic roadmap for our software product, ensuring it aligns with market needs and sets a clear direction for product development.

**2. Objective Setting and Specification**
- Be responsible for defining clear objectives and detailed specifications, working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall product vision and user needs.

**3. Feature Design and Development Planning**
- Drive the process of translating strategic goals into actionable product features, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure development plans are user-centric and aligned with business objectives.

**4. Software Team Coordination and Execution**
- Effectively manage the Software Team’s workload, orchestrating product backlog and sprint planning to ensure a smooth execution of the roadmap.

**5. Quality Control and Delivery**
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality through rigorous testing and data-driven decision making, maintaining the product's competitive edge in performance and reliability.

**6. Product Communication and Advocacy**
- Be the voice of the product, actively communicating updates and developments to stakeholders and customers, while promoting product adoption and highlighting its unique value in the market.

**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**

**You are**:

- Passionate about IT and technology
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Good listener
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer satisfaction oriented: Will do his best to make sure customers are happy and our relationship with them is growing, in line with Bilberry’s objectives and processes

**You have**:

- 2-3 years experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment
- Experience in embedded systems is a good bonus
- Good knowledge on C++ Development is a good bonus
- Some knowledge on agronomy and farming is a bonus

**The office is located in gentilly (94) in France**

**Working remotely is possible up to 2 days a week**

In order to reduce the amount of herbicides used, our camera network, directly embedded on the boom of the sprayers, continuously scans the field, identifies the weeds within the crops in real time, and controls the spraying automatically. By using our technology, we spray only where it’s needed, when it’s needed.

**Responsabilités**

Vous serez le lien entre nos équipes techniques et commerciales, avec la responsabilité de gérer notre produit de spot-spraying embarqué.

**Votre mission consiste à**:
**1. **Alignement Stratégique et Développement de la Roadmap**

Travaillez avec le Product Manager pour créer et mettre en œuvre une roadmap stratégique pour notre produit embarqué, en vous assurant qu'elle répond aux besoins du marché et définit clairement la direction du développement du produit.

**2. Définition d'Objectifs et Spécification**

Prenez en charge la définition d'objectifs précis et de spécifications détaillées, en collaboration avec des équipes variées, pour rester en phase avec la vision du produit et les attentes des utilisateurs.

**3. Conception de Fonctionnalités et Planification du Développement**

Guidez le passage des objectifs stratégiques à des fonctionnalités concrètes, en impliquant divers intervenants
