**Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum 7 years exposure to Workday deployment, maintenance and enhancement of Workday post go-live
- Experience working on an International HRIS environment with cross-functional teams
- Very Familiar and knowledgeable in HRIS regular update cycles with Workday and be able to work with vendors or external support to provide a high quality of HRIS support
- Experience in Applications Management Support (AMS) for large companies, supporting daily transactional system issues and assisting with end-user HRIS adoption
- Strong operational knowledge on Workday Basic Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Core HR,
- In-depth and hands-on experience with HRIS requirements analysis, compensation business process configurations, Advanced compensation campaigns and HCM, user testing and training
- Help to promote advanced compensation campaign and a stable HRIS environment through security and configuration decisions
