**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the government relations and public policy work on regulation and legislation files in France;
- Work closely with legal team to analyse files, engage in policy development, write consultation responses, and enable TikTok to play a leading role in supporting French public policy development;
- Engage with regulators and legislators to assist in public policy development.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing public policy and / or government relations and advocacy work;
- Keen understanding of the French political system, environment and institutions, as well as cultural landscape;
- Excellent legislative and regulatory analytical skills;
- Very strong understanding of internet public policy issues;
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
