**Where would you fit in the team?**

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a key role in delivering high-impact procurement solutions to our clients. You will drive project success by leading client engagements, managing key stakeholders, and overseeing complex spend visibility initiatives. You will ensure seamless project execution while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

**What will your job entail?**
- Build strategic client relationships by aligning on business goals and driving stakeholder consensus across complex environments.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans by identifying, documenting, and interpreting client requirements.
- Coach and guide clients on spend visibility best practices, enabling them to navigate SpendHQ in identifying procurement optimization opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient, high-quality project execution across delivery, product, and data teams.
- Assist in developing and executing project strategies and project plans
- Facilitate impactful client workshops to drive alignment, foster engagement, and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate communications within and outside the project team
- Own project communications to keep internal teams and external stakeholders aligned, informed, and accountable.
- Contribute to innovation at SpendHQ by sharing strategic insights and supporting the development and launch of new products and services.

**What experience and skills do you need to succeed?**
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in consulting, project management, or procurement, with a proven ability to manage complex client engagements.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a strong advantage.
- You can confidently lead conversations with senior executives, clearly communicate complex ideas, and bring teams together around a shared vision.
- You’re not just delivering projects, you’re building lasting client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
- You know how to rally Sales, Product, Data, and BI teams to create seamless, high-value experiences for clients.
- You thrive under pressure, delivering large-scale initiatives on time and on budget. You own timelines, mitigate risks, and hold quality to the highest standard.
- You stay ahead of the curve, aligning client needs with emerging trends and helping shape new services and product offerings.
- You’re comfortable navigating data tools and systems, and you bring fresh ideas to streamline and improve data workflows.

The role reports to our Head of Delivery based in Lyon, and collaborates closely withSales, CSM, Product, and Data teams based in Europe and the US.
