The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing global implementation of complex international projects, considering all contractual scopes (i.e. engineering, supplies, construction) as well as start-up and Operations and Maintenance activities if applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage proposal projects as required
- Realize end-to-end responsibility for the entire project lifetime
- Develop and implement an optimum execution strategy
- Provide direction and guidance to all team members
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders of the project with particular emphasis on the customer interface
- Ensure seamless project execution aligned with contractual and performance KPI´s as well as customer satisfaction
- Ensure that opportunities for additional capex and service sales are taken into account
- Enable an efficient and cost-effective turn over to operations
- Maintain high safety standards in delivering all aspects of the project ensuring a strong safety culture and environmental awareness during all phases of the implementation

**Requirements**:

- Professional command of French and English, additional languages desired
- 15+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business, PMP certification is a plus
- Superior project management skills are required, including proven experience of implementation of complex projects.
- Technology, engineering, commercial and construction experience in Crushing technologies or in the industry is essential; commissioning, operations and maintenance background is beneficial (EPC/LSTK* capability)
- Leadership requires soft skills such as inter-cultural awareness, motivational and negotiation skills, conflict management and alike
- This position requires excellent skills in dealing with customers, vendors and other company personnel
- Travel of 50% or more may be required for this position, depending on phase of project(s)
- Able to travel domestically and internationally and be able to stay in remote areas for up to a week at a time.
