You are joining our team, which is looking for a **Litigation Lawyer**, for a **6-month**internship starting** June 2025**.

Within the General Secretariat, you will be involved in all the claims / pre-litigation / litigation files handled by the General Secretariat.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:

- Research: regulations, legislation, case law;
- Drafting of letters, notices of formal notice, protocols of transactional agreements addressed to clients or partners, in the context of claims, pre-litigation or litigation;
- Relations with lawyers, monitoring of legal proceedings;
- Responses and management of customer complaints;
- Preparation and participation in the follow-up committees for complaints and disputes.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the Bac+5 level, you are preparing a degree with a specialization in private law or you are a student lawyer.
You have ideally first experience in a legal department of a bank or financial institution.
You are recognized for your writing skills and your ease in relationships.
You are good at managing priorities, discreet and sensitive to confidentiality.
Your rigour and autonomy will be your assets to carry out the tasks entrusted.
