The opportunity: Becoming a Financial Crime Senior Advisor dedicated to Global, Commercial Banking and Markets activities in Continental Europe

By holding this role within the Continental Europe Wholesale and MSS Financial Crime team, you’ll help the Business and the bank to identify, prevent and detect financial crime risks.
**What you will do**:
Lead for the Global and the Commercial Banking business lines and Markets activities the Customer Due Diligence Policy and procedures by:
- Understanding the Group, European and French requirements, master their differences and appreciate the impact for the Business, discussing it with Policy teams at Global, Regional and local level, being in a capacity to challenge it and to suggest and design appropriate procedures fitting with customers’ specificities
- Participating to industry meetings and internal related forum
- Ensuring an efficient and appropriate implementation of the CDD requirements in Continental Europe suggesting actions and solutions if need be
- Overseeing the management of the CDD risks within Continental Europe and engaging regular discussions with Compliance in Continental Europe countries and Group
- Supporting the Business in the identification and mitigation of CDD related risks, recommending governance, controls and where necessary remediation plans
- Following and challenging Business key related risk indicators.
