Job Description

Tâches quotidiennes:

- Mise à jour de la base de contacts clients / mailing list
- Revue de presse quotidienne WWD / BoF - classement des articles business dans les dossiers clients
- Revue de presse sur les plateformes web de nos marques et newsletters à envoyer quotidiennement aux clients
- S’assurer de la réception des magazines avant leur date de mise en vente et gérer les envois mensuels pour nos marques
- Gestion du calendrier du bureau de Paris : planification des réunions internes et avec les clients (en présentiel ou en visio), prise de rendez-vous, réservations pour les déjeuners d’affaires
- Préparation de documents : édition, mise en page et classement de rapports, présentations, tableaux Excel et autres documents professionnels
- Gestion du bureau : s’assurer que le bureau de Paris dispose des fournitures nécessaires
- Mise à jour du tableau interne ADMARK pour tous les magazines CNP + concurrents
- Suivi de la réception de tous les éléments clients pour le digital et le print (gestion des deadlines, extensions si nécessaire, etc.)
- Mise à jour de Salesforce (saisie des estimates, DSRs, création de comptes, meeting summaries)
- Fournir des rapports Media Radar et DMR
- Paramétrage des campagnes sociales sur Citizen Net
- Pré-remplissage des feuilles de budgets, liaison avec les départements digitaux et marketing
- Suivi de la facturation et des paiements avec les clients
- Coordination avec les marchés internationaux pour obtenir les chiffres / projections

Voyages de la direction US:

- Planification et tenue à jour du schedule : prise de rendez-vous clients, suivi et confirmation
- Coordination avec les chauffeurs
- Gestion des invitations aux défilés pendant les Fashion Weeks
- Préparation des documents pour les rendez-vous clients (pre calls, présentations, magazines, etc.)
- Gestion des réservations de restaurants et d’hôtels pour les clients et la direction
- Envoi de cartes de remerciement
- Gestion des factures

Profil recherché:

- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est indispensable - d’autres langues sont un plus
- Dynamique et efficace
- Maîtrise de G Suite
- Bonne compréhension du digital et des réseaux sociaux
- Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité
- Vision globale et ouverture culturelle
- Intérêt pour la mode et le luxe
- Esprit orienté solution
