We uphold core values such as Commitment, Agility, Curiosity, Adaption, and Trust **Context** We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, proficiency in payment solutions, and the following qualifications to join our team, part of the management overseeing the digital transformation of the Group based in Paris. **Responsibilities** - Centralize all development best practices and ensure the stability and scalability of the solution in a cross-functional manner. - Provide level 3 technical support to all teams. - Master the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud modules, and their interactions with external systems. - Participate in scoping and estimating new requirements. - Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with the customer service department. - Coordinate cross-technical projects until their deployment in production. - Strike a balance between innovation and technological stability. - Work closely with users, developers, and Product Owners to define solutions and oversee their implementation **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from an Engineering school or equivalent institution. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce and at least 2 years in a similar role. - Proficiency in technologies such as Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow Builder,Community. - Salesforce certification(s) are required. - Knowledge of payment industry domains is a plus. - Experience with Agile development methods (Scrum) is a plus **Additional qualifications** - Strong interpersonal and listening skills. - Autonomy, rigor, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to lead communities, mentor junior profiles, and simplify complex concepts. - Proactive, team-oriented, curious, and empathetic nature. **What we offer?** - Attractive remuneration: fixed salary + target-based variable and benefits - Up to 3 days' remote working per week (role based in paris) - €200 sustainable mobility package - €150 culture vouchers - Nursery places - €550 in CESU vouchers - Up to €400 reimbursed for travel - A super CSE (sports, cinema tickets, vacation vouchers, Christmas shopping vouchers...) - The chance to take part in sports and charity events - Regular company evenings to relax with colleagues and get to know each other.
