The position is permanent and the location for the position is in Nantes, France. **What will you be doing** Within Wartsila Marine Power, you will be integrated in an exciting international project management of professionals that lead projects to success worldwide. Integrated into the "Project Management" department, you will be in charge of assisting autonomously the Project Managers with a variety of tasks. You will manage independently project tasks such as logistics, stores management, supply chain activities, documentation etc. You will work in an international and multicultural environment, primarily for "Marine" clients. **As International commercial assistant, your work will focus on these responsibilities**: - Support the team with your knowledge of INCOTERMS, VAT etc - Verify and negotiate documents for letters of credit - Manage logistic movements and associated documents - Organise supply chain activities - Follow up logistics invoices - Animate department meetings - Manage parts of projects including customer contacts **To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**: - BTS commerce international or equivalent - Significant experience (between 5 and 10 years) in international trade in an industrial environment - Proficiency in IT tools (Pack Office, SAP) - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Independency and proven skills in communicationNous recherchons **un(e) assistant(e) commercial(e) international(e) H/F** pour rejoindre notre équipe tournée vers l'avenir. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à Nantes, en France. **Ce que vous ferez** Au sein de Wartsila Marine Power, vous serez intégré(e) à une équipe internationale de professionnels qui mènent des projets à bien dans le monde entier. Intégré(e) au département "Project Management", vous serez chargé(e) d'assister de manière autonome les Project Managers dans une variété de tâches. Vous gérerez de manière autonome des tâches liées aux projets telles que la logistique, la gestion des stocks, les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la documentation, etc. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international et multiculturel, principalement pour des clients "Marine". **En tant qu'assistant(e) commercial(e) international(e), votre travail se concentrera sur les responsabilités suivantes**: - Soutenir l'équipe grâce à vos connaissances des INCOTERMS, de la TVA, etc. - Vérifier et négocier les documents pour les lettres de crédit - Gérer les mouvements logistiques et les documents associés - Organiser les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement - Assurer le suivi des factures logistiques - Animer les réunions de service - Gérer des parties de projets y compris les contacts avec les clients **Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez**: - BTS commerce international ou équivalent - Expérience significative (entre 5 et 10 ans) en commerce international dans un environnement industriel - Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, SAP) - Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) - Autonomie et compétences avérées en matière de communication **Why you and us** We at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
