- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Under the responsibility of the head of the Sustaining engineering teams in Nantes site, you position yourself as the mechanical designer for the wall hang boiler products. As such, you provide technical support for project teams, internal and external customers.
- As a mechanical designer (M/F/d) for sustaining engineering department for wall hang boiler you are responsible for the implementation and documentation of changes within the ECM process during the entire product life cycle incl. BOMS, specifications, drawings and other technical documents in compliance with laws, regulations and standards.
- You will implement changes as an interface coordinator/ PLM coordinator with the production, purchasing, quality and product management departments, both nationally and internationally.
- Support project team with the maintenance and management of key process documents
- Actively participates on product release activities in order to monitor all necessary BOMS and Specification changes.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- You hold a bachelor degree with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable course of study.
- Your knowledge of methods and standards of the PLM process as well as good knowledge in 3-D CAD, SAP, MS Office distinguish.
- Your French language skills are business fluent, English language skills necessary in daily job.
- You enjoy working in international development teams.
- You are willing to travel and spend from time to time on activities with colleagues in other R&D locations.
- The ability to work in a team as well as flexibility, determination and organizational skills round off your profile.
