Tebuna Biotechnology is developing Non-Antibody-Based small affinity proteins against bio-molecules with generative AI and new screening technologies. Such binders are indispensable molecular tools in the whole biotech industry and we aim to provide them as detection reagents for biologists and diagnostic companies. Due to their small size (~5 kDa vs 150 kDa of antibodies) and the computationally designed nature, they provide various advantages over the traditional antibody and targeted epitope design for new functional studies. Ultimately, we envision that high-quality biomolecule detection tools will help achieve new scientific breakthroughs and broaden our understanding of human health. The startup will be headquartered in the Sophia Antipolis/Nice in France. Please note that the startup is not yet legally established.

**Description du poste**:
You are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential/existing customers and partners, and negotiating and closing deals. Every action and task should be in alignment with the strategy and brand image of the company.
- **Market Research & analysis**: Arrange various opportunities (i.e., interviews, organizing in-person events) to communicate with potential customers to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to build value propositions.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Establish marketing campaigns targeting biologists within research tool markets and diagnostic markets with a tailored approach that respects their scientific mindset.
- **Web presence & Communications**: Creating, publishing, managing company website and social media pages, tracking KPIs and its content; optimizing keyword use and effectiveness for SEO. Provide in-depth expertise in digital marketing technologies.
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, clients, and/or partnerships.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Together with CEO, driving revenue growth through pitching, closing deals, and negotiating contracts.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and provide insights to R&D team.

**Profil recherché**:
We are looking for a trustworthy, committed, and compassionate Business Development / Marketing & Communication expert to join an early-stage startup as an associate;
- Be able to take initiatives, self-driven, and ready to make a high-impact.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Education level: + bachelor degree.
- Experience in marketing/sales and communications for at least 3 years.
- Be able to list at least 3 key achievements in his/her professional career (e.g. Secured partnerships with over 10+ companies).
- Previous startup experience is a plus.
- Previous degree or experience in molecular biology is a plus.
- Previous experience in biotech reagent industry and/or experience collaborating with an academic research laboratory is a plus.
