**Job summary**:
The Marketing & Comms assistant supports many aspects of the country marketing & communication plan, from event support to redactional production, with support of generative AI and various dashboards. The daily tasks will be divided between Field Marketing, Communication and Partner Marketing.

**Job requirements**:

- Leads upload in Marketo and Spark
- Centralize internal and external reference to support Sales team in front of customers
- Organization of webinars and local support for the events
- Goodies management : stock management and key contacts for sales teams
- Support in the Partner Academy organization marketing campaign kit creation for partners leads
- Screen the media landscape to prepare a weekly review shared to all employees.
- Prepare the internal weekly win reports with support of Gen AI (NetAIChat) and the account managers
- Base Camp screen update:build, nurture and export as a video a PowerPoint document.

**Education**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English with fluent French (C1-C2 level)
- This is a 6-month internship and must be a current student enrolled at a Master degree in Business Studies, International Management, Marketing or similar
- You have a first work experience in a marketing or communication department, ideally in the tech industry
- You are curious, proactive and able to take initiatives
