**Mission**:
Dans le cadre de notre croissance et de nos engagements ESG (Environnement, Social et Gouvernance), nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre Chief of Staff, qui est également ESG Lead de l’entreprise. ce stage offre une immersion complète dans les activités stratégiques et ESG de Sweetch Energy.

En tant que **Stagiaire Chief of Staff &ESG Lead**, les missions confiées seront:

- 1. ESG & Reporting_
- Contribution aux travaux de reporting ESG, incluant le bilan carbone 2024, l’Analyse de Cycle de Vie (ACV) du démonstrateur osmotique et l’alignement à la Taxonomie Européenne.
- Rédaction et mise en place de documents et politiques formelles ESG pour l’entreprise.
- 2. Support à la Chief of Staff_
- Planification et organisation des réunions stratégiques : Comités exécutifs, Conseils d’administration, autres réunions de gouvernance.
- Appui dans la gestion des activités de direction et le suivi des priorités de l’entreprise.
- 3. Communication & Coordination_
- Participation aux activités de communication externe de Sweetch Energy.
- Coordination avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes.

**Profil**:

- Formation : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en école de commerce, sciences politiques, ingénierie, ou tout autre domaine pertinent (ESG, management, stratégie).
- Compétences:

- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint.
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion des priorités.
- Aisance rédactionnelle et esprit de synthèse.
- Intérêt pour les sujets ESG, le développement durable et la stratégie d’entreprise.
- Qualités personnelles : Autonomie, rigueur, proactivité, discrétion et esprit d’équipe.
