- OUR FUTURE COLLABORATION
- In a context of ST quality transformation, you will integrate a dynamic team, within the corporate Product Quality & Reliability (PQR) department.
- Reporting to the PQR Group Human Resources, you will be responsible for Supporting the Quality Culture & People Development Strategy through different initiatives and strategic programs.
- All activities are coordinated in close partnership with Corporate Quality Organization, Corporate Human Resources Organization and Corporate Communication Organization. It will also involve Regions, Product Groups and Manufacturing to be impactful towards all our Quality stakeholders in the world.
- Location is flexible, within European ST locations - Preferably Rousset - France

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Learning:
- Define & Deploy the strategy of the ST Quality learning academy, its governance, and its animation at company level in link with regional HR / L&D & Quality Champions network.
- Align the Corporate Quality Learning offer to the needs of the different organizations inside ST and animate this learning offer to support employee engaging learning experience, balancing central and local training catalogs.
- Design, develop and deploy innovative and impactful trainings, including but not limited to eLearnings, Training modules with internal Quality Champions/expert and/or external vendors
- Support the organization of training sessions and Monitor the deployment of these courses, analyzing the use of the developed contents in order to adapt them, if necessary, with a view of its impact and importance
- Administrate trainings in the STtalent learning tool.

Other HR Development activities:

- In a project mode, generate the alignment of the Quality Job Categories/Metiers across all Organizations of ST and Define the main Key Technical Competencies for each of these Quality Job Categories through workshops with Quality Champions/experts.
- Identify and create Quality “specialist/expert” networks across the ST Organizations and animate them (Activities, proposal of new members, Knowledge sharing initiatives, Technical mentoring)
- Be the Quality Champion for HR Corporate transformation project “Horizon”, influencing the decision specially on the part of Learning and competencies management
- Support Quality events organization linked to Culture, Communication and People initiatives (Quality weeks, Recognition events etc )
- Considering that the main goal of the role is to support the deployment of the Quality Culture & People development Strategy through different initiatives across the different organizations of ST in the world, the main activities listed above may evolve depending on needs, maturity of the initiatives, priorities etcUnderstanding the environment and be able to propose innovative solutions and approaches will be therefore a must of the role.

- Formation:
- Définir et déployer la stratégie de l’académie de formation Qualité de ST, sa gouvernance et son animation, à tous les niveaux de l’entreprise et en lien avec la RH Régionale/Le réseau Learning&Development et les experts qualité.
- Aligner l’offre de formation Qualité aux besoins de l’entreprise et de ses différentes organisations et animer cette offre pour créer une expérience de formation engageante, au niveau central aussi bien qu’au niveau des catalogues de formations locaux.
- Concevoir, développer et déployer des modules d'apprentissage et de formation innovants et impactants allant du e-learning au module de formation classique, soit en interne avec le réseau d’experts qualité soit en externe avec des prestataires de formations spécialisés
- Supporter l’organisation opérationnel des formations et en suivre le déploiement et l’efficacité. Analiser les retours d’expérience et l’utilisation des modules de formation pour les adapter et les améliorer. Administrer les offres de formation sur l’outil de formation ST Talent.
- Developpement RH:
- Créer la liste des métiers de la Qualité et s’assurer de l’implication/l’approbation des différentes organisations. Définir les compétences techniques clés pour chacun de ces métiers au travers de session de travail avec les experts Qualité de ces mêmes organisations.
- Identifier, créer et animer des réseaux d’experts Qualité par métiers de la Qualité (Suivi, renouvellement des membres, activités et évènementiel, Partage de savoir et mentoring etc..)
- Participer activement au projet corporate de transformation RH « Horizon » en tant qu'ambassadeur. Influencer les décisions et faire le lien sur les sujets de transformation
- Supporter la définition et l’organisation des différents événements Qualité liés à la culture qualité, la communication, etc.
