Job Title: Infrastructure Developer / Technical Liaison (Database Focus) Location: Japan (Relocation Required) Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Japanese Position Overview We are seeking an Infrastructure Developer with strong database knowledge to serve as a key technical liaison between teams in Japan and the United States. This role is less focused on hands-on development and more centered on coordination, communication, and ensuring alignment across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison between Japan-based and U.
S.based technical teams
- Facilitate clear communication of technical requirements, system updates, and project progress
- Support infrastructure and database-related discussions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Translate business and technical needs between teams (both linguistically and culturally)
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure or database-related issues
- Participate in system planning, documentation, and process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of database systems and infrastructure concepts:
- Experience working in a technical or engineering environment:
- Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to relocate to Japan Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the aeronautics or aerospace industry:
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams:
- Background in infrastructure, systems engineering, or database administration
- Familiarity with project coordination or technical program management Key Skills
