**LOCATION**

Internship based at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).

**YOUR MISSIONS**

Within the Group Purchasing Department, and more specifically the Indirect Purchasing Department, you will report to the MARCOM Purchasing Manager (Marketing and Communication services: 360° activation, media, events, shopper, research, etc.), who will supervise you in all the tasks assigned to you.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Supporting calls for tenders (needs analysis, sourcing, analyzing/comparing agency offers, negotiating, calculating savings, and signing contracts)
- Analyzing scope expenditures (global and local)
- Assisting the purchasing manager with SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
- Assisting the department with category purchasing reporting
- Managing agency CSR monitoring

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are a student seeking a 6-month internship in Purchasing.
- You also have previous successful experience in this field.
- A good listener, rigorous, with analytical and synthesizing skills, organized, you are known for your adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English due to your international scope.
- Computer skills: Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in marketing and communication topics.
- Availability starting January 2026.
