Main Responsibilities
Your mission will be to support the Shopper Project Manager in developing activation plans and major shopper experiences across all our brands.

In this role, your three main responsibilities will be:

Create memorable in-store experiences for consumers by organizing major brand events

• Develop major in-store events around themes such as Back to School or Christmas: agency briefs, POS materials creation, etc.
• Develop sales support tools (sales pitches, videos)
• Implement E-commerce campaigns to promote our activations in Drive
• Build post-event reviews and analyze the results of the different activations

Develop sales resources for our sales force

• POS materials: display stands, aisle headers, poles, etc.
• Shelf enhancement tools: coupons, shelf-stoppers, tag toppers, etc.
• Merchandising tools, especially for our innovations, to ensure they are visible and attractive on shelves

This internship will allow you to deepen your understanding of the retail sector, all commercial levers, and key associated tools (IRI panel, A3Distrib, etc.).

Through diverse, hands-on responsibilities, you will develop your analytical, recommendation, and project management skills.

You will also grow your interpersonal skills, especially through coordinating with internal teams (marketing, sales, purchasing) and external partners (agencies, freelancers).

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a gap year or final-year student
• You are comfortable with public speaking
• You have strong interpersonal skills
• You have experience in the food industry
