**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
The position is embedded in **_Specialty Lines Worldwide Pricing team_**. This team has responsibilities for pricing Property Europe and Middle East as well the specialty lines Agriculture, Financial Risks, Specialty Property, Engineering, Marine, Energy.

You will be a business partner for the underwriters by providing profitability analysis of markets, segments and/or individual transactions. You will support for pricing business in a certain line of business and/or geographical area.

You will be involved in many aspects of the pricing actuarial department. To quote a few:

- Pricing reinsurance business, providing transparent technical insight into the business.
- Utilization of PartnerRe actuarial models and understanding of underlying actuarial theory
- Running market analysis and Business Review that will support PartnerRe portfolio optimization
- Participate in account discussions with actuaries, underwriters and other stakeholders
- Prioritizing and ensuring delivery of final product within the specified timeframes
- Participation in variety of project team (model development, annual parameter studies, ad hoc request, etc..)

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- You have gained 3 to 5 years of work experience in non-life reinsurance pricing.
- You possess an actuarial diploma or a master of Mathematics.
- You speak fluent English, a comprehenson of Spanish language would be a plus.
- You have an interest and experience in programming (for example in R, C#, SQL).
- To be a successful business partner, you have strong problem solving and critical thinking.
- You have ability to learn and navigate existing systems and processes to accomplish stated business objectives effectively and efficiently.
- You enjoy communicating and working together with different internal and external clients.
- Last but not least, as a motivated, reliable and teamworker, you support your collaborators as well as you actively contribute to finding the best solutions.
