La mission des équipes Opérations est simple : offrir la meilleure expérience possible à tous les utilisateurs de notre plateforme. En rejoignant les équipes Opérations, vous serez au cœur des décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles qui façonnent notre activité en France.
Le rôle d'Operations Manager est un poste clé pour Uber Eats et vous fera combiner chaque jour de nombreuses compétences : création et automatisation de processus et d'outils, gestion de projets, analyse avancée de données, interactions avec un large éventail d'équipes en France, en Europe et dans le monde entier.
Au sein des équipes Courier Opérations, le Senior Operations Manager sera notamment en charge des sujets de législation et de réglementation. Il sera le point de contact privilégié des équipes Legal et Policy d'Uber Eats, de nos interlocuteurs gouvernementaux et ainsi que des organisations syndicales représentatives des livreurs.
**Ce que vous ferez**
- Collaboration avec les différentes équipes UberEats (Opérations, Communication, Public Policy, Employment etc.), en contribuant via ses compétences (problem solving, analyse de données, communication) à la construction de notre stratégie ainsi qu'à son exécution opérationnelle
- Représentation de Uber Eats dans le cadre du dialogue social sectoriel, tenu avec les organisations syndicales représentatives des livreurs, les représentants du Ministère du Travail et des autres plateformes de livraisons
- Collaboration avec les équipes Produits, afin de remonter les besoins du marché Français, et d'y assurer le bon déploiement des innovations technologiques
- Opérationnalisation du plan d'actions convenu avec les parties prenantes externes via la mise en place de processes et d'outils
- Recommandations à la prise de décision basées sur (1) l'analyse de données (de tendances et de leurs causes, d'estimation d'impact), (2) une grande attention aux détails et (3) la prise de recul nécessaire
**Votre profil**
- Un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les secteurs de la Tech, du Conseil ou équivalents
- Des qualités démontrées de gestion de projets transverses, de collaboration avec des stakeholders variés, de communication (écrite et orale), ainsi que des compétences analytiques
- Un esprit entrepreneurial et proactif, la capacité à gérer des projets de bout en bout, de la réflexion stratégique à la réalisation concrète
- Maîtrise complète de l'anglais et du français
- La connaissance du secteur de la livraison est un plus
- Une expérience et un intérêt pour la collaboration avec des institutions publique est un plus
- La capacité à structurer des propositions, dans le cadre de négociations, est un plus
