**The **Global Marketing Assistant** Role
✦ Collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy

✦ Understand company brand, products, and customers

✦ Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation

✦ Organize and interpret market research

✦ Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback

✦ Work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams

✦ Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents

✦ Upload supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms

✦ Create reports related to ongoing projects

✦ Maintain an organized marketing assets database

✦ Provide administrative support to the marketing team

✦ Work with various types of software, such as Canva, Beefree, Airtable, and Salesforce

**It would be fantastic if
✦ You have an effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus

✦ You are detail oriented

✦ You have the ability to work effectively within a team and independently

✦ You are competent in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.

✦ You have good organizational skills

✦ You are experienced in administration or as a sales and marketing assistant
