**Mission**:
Notre client recrute un(e) **Engineering Manager**. Vous aurez pour principales missions de:
**Manager les équipes de développeurs**:
- Définir les objectifs des équipes ainsi que les objectifs individuels.
- Faire grandir les collaborateurs (coaching, feedback, délégation, formations, transfert de compétences).
- Réaliser l’ensemble des entretiens individuels.
- Favoriser la mise en place de bonnes pratiques.
**Piloter les projets transverses**:
- Organiser et suivre les projets (qui, quoi, quand).
- Coordonner les actions des équipes (point inter-team).
- Challenger les idées.
- Identifier les axes d’amélioration et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Etre garant des engagements et des délais pris par les équipes.
**Favoriser la communication**:
- Echanger avec les autres managers.
- Echanger avec les Product Owners.
- Mettre en place des points réguliers avec chaque équipier.
- Participer aux COPIL.
**Recruter les nouveaux talents**:
- Définir les rôles et les fiches de postes, en lien avec le service RH / Recrutement.
- Préparer l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants.
**Profil**:
- Ingénieur développeur de formation, vous avez gravi les différents échelons au sein d'une équipe de développement chez un éditeur logiciel, jusqu'à posséder une 1ère expérience en management d'équipe, même restreinte (5 personnes environ).
- Vous aimez manager.
- Vous êtes un excellent communiquant.
- Votre dynamisme est communicatif.
- Vous parlez anglais.
