- **Lead B2B sales efforts, focusing on tour operators (TO) and travel agencies (TA)**
Manage and grow partnerships with key B2B clients to boost bookings and brand presence.
- ** Develop and implement commercial strategies in France and internationally**
Design tailored sales plans aligned with market trends and business goals.
- ** Promote the brand at trade shows, sales calls, and partner trainings**
Represent the brand to industry professionals and ensure consistent, impactful messaging.
- ** Set up and manage collaboration contracts with tour operators**
Negotiate and oversee agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- ** Lead and activate hotels' consortia and affiliations**
Maximize visibility and opportunities through relevant industry networks and memberships.
- ** Work closely with representation agencies**
Coordinate with external reps to support sales and market expansion efforts.
- ** Assist with integrating new properties and standardizing processes**
Support new hotel openings by aligning them with brand and operational standards.
- ** Work with revenue management on connectivity and performance tracking**
Ensure proper system integration and monitor key performance metrics.
- ** Collaborate with marketing on B2B campaigns and brand positioning**
Align sales and marketing efforts to drive awareness and partner engagement.
- ** Deliver sales analysis and reporting**
Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the luxury hospitality industry.
- In-depth understanding of the TO/TA distribution landscape.
- Service-oriented, agile, and results-focused.
- Willing to travel frequently for partner engagement and events.
- Comfortable with hotel systems (PMS/CRS).
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
