This position will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, supporting multiple clients globally. This includes working in a project team finding opportunities to improve the client’s travel program, creating project plans to address the opportunities, developing the communication plan to key client customers, and ultimately driving the implementation of the solutions. **What You’ll Do**: You will partner with multiple teams, the core responsibilities include: - Assisting Consulting Managers in delivering clients’ projects on different aspects of business travel: Hotel, Air, Car RFPs, Travel policy reviews, creation of dashboards, - Supporting implementation of a global process and tools on projects - Helping creating compelling client deliverables - Helping with the creation and improvement of consulting products and deliverables - Supporting Consulting Analysts with any data consolidation - Interacting with suppliers to ensure smooth process of the different projects you have been assigned to **What We’re Looking For**:The role holder is expected to demonstrate**: - You are currently on your last year to get your Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience ideally in the travel industry and/or hospitality or international business. - You are familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, other reporting tools area plus (Tableau, Power BI) - You have an analytical approach - You can communicate highly complex and multi-layered concepts and ideas in a simple, clear and concise way, both in written and verbal formats - You have good presentation skills and ability to persuade and create action - You have good problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-motivated personality and an ability to exceed expectations in a dynamic, results oriented environment - You have organizational skills and you pay attention to detail / quality control - You have a cross-cultural approach - You are able to work in both French and English. An additional language is a plus.
