TCS France has delivered double-digit growth for over 5 years supporting customers in digital transformation, Data and cloud journeys.We are looking for a DATA Consulting and Pre-sales to support our growth. You will be responsible for the management of a skills based community of 50 Associates in the Data area (data viz, ETL, analytics etc.)WHAT YOU WILL DO:· Create a market visible practice· Support critical projects with skills and governance & customer facing· Support presales activities (contributing to solution development)· Connect associates to relevant TCS Global practices· Maintain high utilization of the community working with Global Resources Manager· Enable fluidity of the associates working with the business units· Engage continuously with all associates of the community through town halls/events/1to1/digital platforms· Work along with Talent Development team to plan, develop and manage skills (Cross-skill /Up-skill).
