**ROLE PURPOSE**
- As a Communications Officer, you will serve as a crucial link within the Group Communications & Change Function ensuring coordination to better serve our company’s strategic goals.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As a Communications Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Group Communications Director with travel booking and agenda
- Managing & maintaining the annual Communication Plan
- Dashboard & reporting monitoring
- Consolidating the Function’s budget
- Advising Intranet’s community managers on best practices
- Overseeing the admin role of the Communications SharePoints
- Manage storage & stock of Communications & Change Functions’ materials
- Administering the gift catalog
- Serving as a point of contact for external and internal's inquiries related to communications
- Team support with tasks such as drafting news releases, managing social media content, and assisting with event coordination.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree in communications or journalism
- 0-2 years of experience
- Fluent in English
