As we expand our operations to Paris, we are looking for a **Freelance PPC Specialist** to help drive targeted traffic and conversions through expertly managed paid advertising campaigns.

**Position Summary**:
As a **Freelance PPC Specialist**, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms. Working closely with our marketing team, you will develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and support lead generation efforts for Slate Studios in the Paris market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **PPC campaigns** on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct **keyword research** and create high-performing ad copy and visuals aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal spending and results.
- Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide detailed campaign performance reports.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with overall brand goals.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Based in Paris and available to work on a freelance/project basis.
- ** Proven experience** in managing PPC campaigns with demonstrated results.
- Proficiency in **Google Ads**, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong knowledge of **analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of **keyword research tools** (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to create compelling **ad copy** and collaborate on visuals.
- Data-driven mindset with strong **analytical skills**.
- Fluent in **English**; proficiency in **French** is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Compensation**:
Competitive freelance rates, commensurate with experience.
