- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and interpret cross-cultural HR needs.
- Remote Consulting Experience: Prior experience providing online/remote HR consulting services is highly preferred.You should be comfortable using digital tools to deliver advice and build client relationships.
