Technical Product Manager

Doctolib is looking for a **Technical Product Manager **to join our PEER (Platform Engineering, Efficiency, Reliability) domain, and manage our Design System product team.

The Design System team's mission is to enable all Doctolib Tech & Product teams to deliver consistently delightful user experiences while accelerating time to market. You will do this by building a world-class design system and ensuring its adoption across Doctolib (50+ product teams, 300+ people today and growing).

In this role, you will contribute to Doctolib's core mission of improving healthcare by ensuring the best user experiences for patients and practitioners while increasing the velocity of all Doctolib product teams.

The Design System team is in charge of:

- Owning the vision and the roadmap of the Doctolib design system: Oxygen, a one-stop-shop for all designers, product managers, and developers to access standard design components
- Maximizing adoption of Oxygen across all teams
- Ensuring maximum coverage of Oxygen across Doctolib products

**What you will do***:

- Build a strong vision for Oxygen by partnering with stakeholders across design, product, and tech teams
- Own your team's backlog and the prioritization of the roadmap to maximize team impact
- Organize user feedback collection at scale to gather representative input from all Doctolib product teams
- Lead user research, workshops, and data deep dives to gather insights into identified pain points and ensure Doctolib has the full picture on the challenge
- Own the product process for your team to ensure your team is building the right product. Organize feature team rituals and establish key product development processes.
- Track usage with up to date dashboards and provide feedback to the team and stakeholders
- Own the plan to reduce design system debt to 0 and manage the delivery across all teams
- Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale

**Your skills**:
You could be our next team mate if:

- You have at least 2 years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, led rituals and wrote specifications
- You have a technical background and ideally you have experience in front end development and design systems
- You have a strong analytical mindset, making strategic product decisions grounded in data
- You have experience in leading technical products and you understand the challenges of software development
- You are user-centric and willing to be close to your users
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
- You're highly independent and pragmatic
- You are fluent in English. Native speaker in French is a plus
