**Missions**:
En tant que Tech Lead Servicenow, vos activités principales seront:
- Accompagner les directions d’entreprises dans l’élaboration de leur stratégie de mise en place de la plateforme ServiceNow
- Optimiser les processus opérationnels, évaluer leur maturité et identifier et évaluer les gains d’efficacité
- Concevoir des solutions techniques les plus pertinentes en respectant les bonnes pratiques.
- Encadrer, former et faire monter en compétences les développeurs juniors
- Superviser les projets : qualité, respect des délais, coordination
**Profil**:
- Diplômé(e) d’un BAC+5 en école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs:
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la plateforme ServiceNow en termes d’architecture et d’implémentation technique
- Vous avez une expérience pratique dans la mise en œuvre de produits ServiceNow dans un ou plusieurs modules (ITSM, HR, CSM)
- Vous êtes capable de paramétrer la plateforme Service Now
- Vous aimez contribuer à des projets techniques stimulants,en équipe et dans la bienveillance
- Anglais niveu B2 minimum
