About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate growth across Sage’s global Partner Ecosystem.
In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that strengthen relationships with partners, drive incremental ARR (Annualised Recurring Revenue), and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with Sage’s overall growth strategy while empowering partners with world-class marketing enablement and campaigns that deliver results.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with hands-on marketing expertise to make a tangible impact on Sage’s partner-led growth worldwide.
Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week from our Paris office.
Responsabilités principales
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that align with Sage’s commercial priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Campaign teams to design impactful partner programs that drive pipeline growth.
- Adapt strategies to changing business needs and market dynamics, ensuring relevance and agility.
Performance & Measurement
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Define and report on key marketing KPIs, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and partner initiatives.
- Analyse data from multiple sources to evaluate success, uncover insights, and guide future strategy.
Partner Enablement & Collaboration
- Deliver world-class marketing enablement programs and resources to help partners build demand, improve performance, and accelerate growth.
- Ensure partners have access to compelling content, sales tools, and co-marketing assets to support their go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Activation team to develop targeted campaigns, assets, and communications that drive engagement and conversions.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify new opportunities to enhance partner marketing impact and scalability.
- Champion innovation and best practices across global and regional marketing teams.
- Foster strong internal relationships to ensure alignment, communication, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in partner or channel marketing, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, campaign execution, and performance optimisation.
- Demonstrated success in budget management, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
