Medical Underwriter Hannover Re (Hannover Rück SE) is one of the world's largest reinsurance groups. Our French branch (65 employees) is based in Paris (75116). The Global Services Life & Health Department in Paris is a real lever for the development and loyalty of our customers, and is responsible for medical underwriting of substandard risks, financial underwriting, the development of underwriting tools, audits and training for our cedants, claims management, etc. for the French market and markets in the Mena zone. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Underwriter in medical underwriting of substandard risks and financial underwriting, with expertise in claims management. **Profile** Contract Type: Regular Working Time: Full-Time For our department L&H, Underwriting and Claims in Paris **You can look forward to** - Ensure medical and financial selection in compliance with guidelines, - Help establish and maintain a close relationship with key customers: communicate with the customer within the contractual response times (within the limits of the delegation). - Participate in the alignment of underwriting delegations with commercial relationships. - Carry out assignments and provide value-added services to our customers (support, advice, quality reviews, assistance in changing practices, etc.). - Develop support materials, and organize and carry out the necessary customer training. - Work to improve internal processes and tools - Play an active role in the Group's business community, and participate in Group-wide projects (development of tools, etc.). - Participate in business (practices, changes in pathologies, etc.) and technology monitoring (repository of technical bases, current and future predictive tools, etc.). - Analyze claims files in France and the Middle East, ensuring compliance with contracts and reinsurance conditions.
