Le département Inclusive Underwriting and Medical Expertise de SCOR est dédié à la recherche et au développement de politiques de souscription et de gestion des sinistres à l'échelle mondiale. Le département se charge de développer des calculateurs de risques aggravés, de rédiger des manuels de souscription et de publications sur les risques, ainsi que de collaborer avec les bureaux locaux pour créer des règles de souscription et de gestion des sinistres. L'équipe, composée de médecins conseils, d'un psychologue, d'actuaires et d'underwriters seniors, travaille principalement en anglais.
- Développer des calculateurs de risques médicaux aggravés
- Contribuer à la rédaction de manuels de souscription
- Rédiger des publications sur les calculateurs de risque
- Participer au développement de nouveaux produits avec les clients assureurs
- Collaborer avec les bureaux locaux pour écrire les règles de souscription et de gestion des sinistres
- Développer un modèle actuariel et statistique pour estimer les risques médicaux aggravés
- Implémenter ce modèle sous forme d'API
- Rédiger un mémoire sur les travaux effectués et le présenter à l'institut des actuaires
- Formation en actuariat, statistiques, mathématiques appliquées ou domaine similaire
- Connaissances en modélisation statistique et en estimation des risques médicaux
- Compétences en programmation (R, Python, etc.) et développement d'API
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Capacités de communication et de présentation
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des professionnels de divers horizons
