Internship - Esg Analyst for Private Assets (H/F) - July 2025

- At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential element in the decision-making process, embedded in the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. It is also a progressive approach, and we need to add more strength to the ESG team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and work with portfolio managers and experience ESG experts on diverse projects:._
- 2025 ESG Reporting Campaign: Participate in the preparation and project management of the 2025 ESG reporting campaign for Private Debt and Private Equity.
- Sustainable Regulatory Requirements: Oversee and coordinate annual ESG and impact reports including regulatory topics (SFDR periodic reports, quarterly and annual dedicated reports )
- ESG Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of ESG performance, including ESG scoring, monitoring of SRI criteria, benchmarking, and tracking decarbonization targets.
- Due Diligence: Help the team complete due diligence questionnaires to assess ESG factors across investment opportunities.
- Participation in the team's efforts and contribution to strengthening the department: improving tools, implementing effective processes, proposing training initiatives, and enhancing the team's research capabilities by contributing expertise and content on specific sectors and/or themes.
- Presentation and Material Preparation: Assist in the creation of presentations, as well as legal and marketing materials related to ESG initiatives.

Group-Level Responsibilities:

- Group Reporting: Support the ESG team in group-wide reporting initiatives, contributing to the overall development and communication of ESG efforts at the firm.

Le stagiaire assistera l'équipe dans ses missions principales, comprenant:

- Campagne de Reporting ESG 2025 : Participer à la préparation et au lancement de la campagne de reporting 2024 (gestion de projet)
- Exigences Réglementaires Durables : Aide à l'analyse ESG (notation ESG, suivi des critères ISR, comparaison, suivi des objectifs de décarbonation, etc.).
- Analyse ESG : Assistance à la complétion des questionnaires de due diligence.
- Diligence Raisonnée : Aide à la préparation et la production de présentations, de documents légaux et marketing.
- Participation aux efforts de l'équipe et contribution au renforcement du département : Amélioration des outils, mise en œuvre des processus efficaces, propositions d’initiatives de formation, et renforcement des capacités de recherche de l'équipe en contribuant au savoir-faire et au contenu sur des secteurs et/ou des thèmes spécifiques.
- Préparation de Présentations et de Supports : Participation aux efforts d'engagement avec l'équipe de recherche pour les entreprises prioritaires du portefeuille sur les sujets d'impact, ESG et controverses.

Responsabilités au niveau du groupe:

- Reporting de groupe : Soutenir l'équipe ESG dans les initiatives de reporting à l'échelle du groupe, en contribuant au développement global et à la communication des efforts ESG au sein de l'entreprise.

- Final or penultimate year student from a top business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills: Ability to approach problems logically and systematically, and to analyze information effectively.
- Attention to detail: Demonstrating a meticulous approach to tasks, including data entry, report formatting, and documentation, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Dynamic and pro-active in suggesting new ideas: Demonstrating initiative and the ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Possessing a strong sense of urgency and a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent command of MS Office: in particular Excel (ability to use formulas and to manage large files) and Powerpoint, and ability to quickly learn new software tools or platforms used within the organization.
- Familiarity with ESG-related reporting regulations (SFDR, CSRD) and standards including GRI, SASB, TCFD, EDCI, France Invest would be a plus.
- Knowledge of the Reporting tool (R21) is a plus
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages being considered a plus - in particular Italian, Spanish and German
- Strong personal interest for certain sustainability matters

- Solides compétences analytiqu
