We are looking for a **CEO / Chief Product & Growth Officer **_for one of our investment products (global dating app). _**The product is revolutionizing the dating industry by creating a platform that promotes a positive environment while prioritizing the safety and comfort of our women users.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Develop and execute the overall product and marketing strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, and iterate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage human and financial resources.
- Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key business and product goals.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to the key stakeholders.

**We expect from you**:

- Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections) on international markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1 countries, Europe).
- Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated success in achieving product profitability and key metrics boost.
- Experience scaling businesses 10х.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Previous P&L management experience is a must.
- Budget management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to take ownership of the final outcome.
- Background in analytics/marketing would be a significant plus.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
