**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
In the Project Portfolio Support Office team, your mission as a Project Leader will be to promote project management inside bioMerieux with:

- Training and supporting Project Management participants on project management methods and tools (project manager, project team members)
- Training and supporting resource managers to monitor capacity planning utilizing the project management tool (EXPLOR)
- Supporting program management by working in partnership with program manager/ business manager
- Maintaining Explor (users account administration, data updates, define and test releases..) - EXPLOR is the Project and Portfolio Management tool used in bioMerieux (commercial name of the solution is Planisware)
- Helping with data analysis and KPI definition
- Working with the Project Portfolio Support Office team on global initiatives to continuously improve project management and promote best practices

**Who are you ?**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with relevant experience
- At least 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Proactive
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your explanation depending on your stakeholder
- Have a good ability to work as a member of a local and global team
- Work well with an Information System environment
- Knowledge on Explor or Planisware is a bonus
