**Recycled Compound Project Leader -H/F**

**Job description**

The Recycled Compounds Project Leader will:

- Lead and coordinate recycled compound project to secure safe implementation
- Secure planning, budget and deliverables according to innovation process
- Collaboration with suppliers, customers, partners to achieve targets and deliverables
- Define product/process FMEA
- Interface with other departments and BG (quality, labs, process workshop, experts, marketing, costing..)
- Define and deploy project validation plan
- Prepare and present project milestones to Innovation management
- Develop methodologies, write guidelines related to the domain and his/her project
- Ensure Technical review
- Secure intellectual property
- Achieve technological & market intelligence and competition analysis
- Contribute to innovation session to set-up new innovation solution
- Support and lead creativity cession creativity
- Develop ecosystem : proactive liaison with external network to promote Sustainable Materials technologies: Universities, techno platform, R&D center, OEM; Tier 1 and Organizations

Aligned with our strategy on circular economy, his/her activity would be particularly focused on the development of new sustainable compounds (matrix and compounds) : raw material & feedstock, formulation, interfaces with reinforcement, characterization, compound process and processability

**Knowledge**:

- Recycled Compound
- Recycling technologies
- Polymers & Compound
- Organic chemistry, specialized in Polymers
- Polymerisation process
- Knowledge in reinforcement natural and mineral fibers or fillers
- Technical analysis and characterisation
- Knowledge in extrusion process and injection

**Competencies**:

- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management process
- International experience and mindset, Able to work in team in multicultural and foreign environment
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with other departments and suppliers
- Curiosity and passion for technical domains

**Experience**:
PhD + 5/7 years’ experience in recycled compound industry

Or bachelor’s in engineering with 10 years’ experience
