For the future training center of the German French transport aircraft fleet C-130J in Évreux/ France we are looking for a:
**Ground Crew Instructor (M/F/d)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare, conduct and follow up training and examinations for the technical functional and test personnel to be trained based on aviation regulatory and customer requirements
- Assist in the identification and assessment of future and current training requirements and needs for the training of C130J technical personnel in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, as well as customer requirements
- Support the head of Training in the preparation of an overall or individualized training and development plan, and its coordination with the international project partners
- Report specific issues and adjust training programs as needed and based on contractual client requirements to the Head of Training
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

**Your profile**:

- Completed B1 or B2 type training course for the type C-130 or completed type rating course C-160 Transall
- 5 years maintenance experience, of which at least 2 years were on aircraft type C130 or C-160 Transall
- Part-66 license with the relevant type rating for C130 or C-160 Transall (at least 2 years of experience)
- Understanding of the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements of civil and military aviation training requirements
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong writing and documentation skills in relation to reports and training manuals
- Confident in the use of computers and databases
- Professional experience, preferably in a technical/teaching assignment would be beneficial
- Experience in an international working environment
- Excellent command of the English language. German and/or French knowledge is an advantage
