- This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in continuous improvement and work on real process optimization projects in a dynamic, creative environment. Join us and help strengthen our culture of continuous improvement
- You will:

- 5S projects: Identify or collect 5S projects and support colleagues in deploying 5S workshops (hands-on work in the field), perform 5S audits, and follow up on 5S action plans.
- Energy savings: Analyze data and manage energy-saving projects.
- Performance (OEE): Analyze data, track recurring issues to trigger problem-solving actions, and implement SMED methodology.
- Visual Performance Management System (KPIs): Help improve the VPMS tool and its facilitation in each department.
- Support the CI Manager in developing a culture of continuous improvement: Assist in creating communication and training materials, contribute to the implementation of improvement ideas, and encourage idea generation.
- Your profile includes:

- Education_: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, operations management, continuous improvement, or other related discipline.
- Language skills_: Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations in English and French (international group), and occasionally collaborate in English with our global team.
- Practical and collaborative mindset_: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Willingness to listen, support, and work in the field (manufacturing and maintenance workshop, laboratory, warehouse, etc.).
