**Le poste**: Maintenir l’état de l’art et devenir une référence dans la communauté Machine Learning et Computer Vision
- **Le contexte**:

- Équipe passionnée qui assume son côté industriel, qui aime vraiment ce qu’elle fait et qui cherche toujours à apprendre
- Interdisciplinarité : ils se nourrissent de la différence, les frontières ne les intéressent pas
- Créativité : leur permet de réaliser ce qui n’a jamais été fait. Le CEO, physicien en métrologie, est passionné par les interactions hommes/machines
- Réussir l’impossible : ils ne se fixent pas de limites. Tous des makers, ils aiment construire et ont leur propre labo dédié à l’expérimentation physique
- Hybride : en moyenne 3 jours par semaine au bureau, cependant tout le monde peut télétravailler quand il veut sous réserve de 2 jours de présence par mois
- Amènent sur le terrain ce qui se découvre dans les laboratoires

**Stack : Python, TensorFlow, Keras, CUDA, Scikit Learn**

**Les responsabilités**:

- Force de proposition sur les nouvelles architectures et fonctionnalités pour améliorer les différentes briques du framework de Deep Learning - contribution de la recherche à l’élaboration du produit
- Conception et implémentation d’algorithmes non supervisés et supervisés
- Redynamiser l’implication dans la communauté par le biais d’écriture d’articles sur le blog, de publications scientifiquesDe manière plus générale gérer l’implication de la boîte autour du Machine Learning et Computer Vision
- Consolider les bonnes pratiques acquises : data centric, machine learning production pipelines (ML ops), Etre la figure de proue d’une équipe à constituer et embarquer/former les recrues sur les sujets
